is personnel changes. One story that comes to mind is a neighbor who had
a department store unit. He called for service and two days later a service
representative came to the home. After a few minutes of small talk, the
neighbor was able to determine that the service rep they sent out was
actually their gutter man. The so called water technician had just quit
and they had no one else to replace him. Now consider the salesmen that
work inside these store chains. Employee turnover is so high, they can't
possibly know and maintain the knowledge to size equipment to treat your
water properly.
